Those whispers I hear, with their twisted tales
All climbing to reach me, all the while Im becoming more pale
My mind is retreating to which I was once came
A far away journey, a trip down memory lane

Im becoming suspicious of all that I see
My mind is pleading with me to be free
Disease and infection are beginning to form
Threatening the life line, I received when re-born

Im wandering and waiting for the unseen to approach
Watching the shadows, searching for ghosts
Im turning away from road that we laid
Hesitation is gripping me each step of the way

It is only your nature that voice snarls at me
To flee from the broken so you remain free
I ponder and wonder on all of these words
Trying to convince myself that I must have misheard

The last sliver lining that holds me to you
Is stretching and panicing as the strands become few
My fingertips coil, fighting to stay,
Yet a battle within me rages, forcing the way

For all I have left is the gift of uncertainty
Holding the strands together for what I pray is eternity

Keep holding on precious sister, keep holding on. That is what we are all doing I guess, holding on to Jesus, and He never fails.

Even the great Apostle Paul himself said that "he pressed toward the mark, for the prize.........." "he considered himself to be almost a castaway" at one point. Mm

But while we may feel weak.........truth is we are strong. Strong in Him. Yes indeed. Strong in the truth. The truth that breaks the chains of bondage and sets men free.

God Bless You and make you a mighty women of God, full of the Holy Ghost and Power

Amen

The last sliver lining that holds me to you (beautiful expression)...is a net...

Psa 55:22 Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.
