Glad you want to strengthen your relationship with God! You know for sure that He wants that too! If not he would not have given His Son to die on the Cross for you, me and the rest of us who believe in Jesus Christ!

None of us are the best person ever so we continue to work at it :thumbsup:
Kinda of like baby steps. A baby doesn't from one day to the next jump up from crawling and start running down the hallway!
To any parents out there it may seem that way, but nah....

Elyza there is no sorrow that God can not take care of. Christ know this remember St Peter Denied him 3 times In his hour of need. Whatever you have done I forgive and Love you and God Has always loved you and will always forgive you he just want you to learn and move forward to live in love. I am not good with referances to scripture but I do know what they say. I remember there is one that says "Go and Love your Brother as you Love Yourself" From one who has personally loathed himself at times in his life the part that finaly struck me was "As you Love Yourself" You need to First Love Yourself then you can better Love others. When you Love Yourself and Others You can forgive yourself and others more
