Hello Louise, I am glad you made your way here! I just finished reading your biography. You have gone through quite a lot in your life. Sometimes we go through dark times in our lives, and we begin to feel hopeless, and that the darkness is never ending. We feel like there is a heavy stone placed on our shoulders, making simple tasks harder to do, and more exhausting. When my best friend who introduced me to Jesus died, I felt that way. It felt that everything I did, whether I swept the floors, got up to get dressed, even eating was hard because the darkness was so heavy. But His presence overpowers our darkness, and His peace is our light! He has the power to heal our wounds, whether they are visible scars or hidden on our hearts. "O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me." Psalm 30:2
In our sadness and pain, our happiness and pleasure, He is with us. "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." Psalm 23:4
I want you to know that the best Father in the world, is holding your mother in His arms. :girl_hug:
We love you Louise!
