Hi Mounty from Beautiful Ireland! Thanx for the welcome. My great-grandfathers came over to South Africa from Scotland and I'd love to one day visit there, and include Ireland in my trip, it seems to be a really beautiful country....sigh,...one day.

I'm Kat from New Jersey. How is the weather where you are? It started out cool around 59 this morning, cloudy and really looking like it would rain. By noon time, it was extremely humid, around 67 and sunny.
Anyway, just curious about weather in other parts of the world. Welcome to Talk Jesus, hope you enjoy it here as much as I do!!!!

Nice to hear from you. The weather in Lusaka, where I am, which is the capital city of Zambia, is HOT. We're heading into winter now so it's cooling down a bit. Our weather forecast for today is 10 celsius (about 50 F) going up to 23 degrees (about 73 F) with a humidity of 72 %. Winter time is nice for me, because where I'm from in South Africa it gets really cold in winter, but here it's only cold. Summer's here,on the other hand, are almost unbearable for me because I'm not used to the excessive heat coupled with the high humidity.
I went to the States once, but that was about 17 years ago. Spent a bit of time in Bloomington, Indiana and then (of course) Disney World and Sea World in FLorida!
YOu ever been to Africa? Or traveled outside your country?
