You are young in the Lord, so be a Berean, ( which means take everything said, and look into the scripture to see if it is true, or not), even here, and always, for many come in the name of the Lord, but teach other doctrines than Jesus, and the Apostles taught.
I'm new here too, and assure you good fellowship here, but there are those who slip in, and may be young in the Lord also, so always weigh the words spoken by the word of God.
He is the final authority.......this includes me too, for as humans our understanding may be faulty at times, but we're here to help each other grow.
I'm so pleased God sought you, and most of all that you accepted his invitation, and you opened the door.
