I got baptized in 1997 (I was very young!) but fell away from my faith when I went to college. I recommitted my life to Christ a few years ago, and I'm trying to grow in the faith by connecting with other Christians online and otherwise.
I'm 26, a teacher, a proud Jamaican, and a single gal creating a life for myself in the US.
It's weird to one day realize that I'm closer to 30 than 20; and although I'm on the road to achieving my career and financial goals, I'm nowhere close to achieving the personal ones. I've had to reevaluate what I want out of life, and make sure that God is at the center of my plans.
