heven/hell

well..this may not qualify as simple question/discussion but...here it goes....

how can u convince someone there is both a heaven AND a hell when they dont even believe in the whole bible? the way i see it, it should always be all or nothin right?...

The short answer is...I can't. "Convincing" is not on my resume.:star: This is something I leave to the Holy Spirit. The Spirit is the only one who ever convinced me of anything.:love:

i know i have to leave it in God's hands and let the holy spirit do its job and all but wat about the: 1 plants the seed and the holy spirit comes along and waters it and God gets an increase...sumthin like that...wat if the person is convinced that the holy spirit is movin them to act in a way that isnt ever even possible? ...
 
The greatest question ever asked is in in the gospel of John ch 3. Jesus had just told a man that he needed to be born again! Then comes the great question "How can a man be born again, can he enter the 2nd time into his mothers womb and be born"? What a mind blowing question.

Jesus gave the answer "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the spirit is spirit"?

The bible teaches us that the spirit and the flesh are constantly at war. Even the great Apostle Paul had to say that even after he had preached, he had to bring the flesh into subjection, lest he himself be lost.

The Christian life is a life of faith, in Jesus. Amen.
