Looks like you are still missing Jesus, I pray you find him in time!I lost my faith many years ago and from time to time look in on forums like this to see if I am missing anything.
That is a conflict in terms and an impossibility, you can't be "Born Again" and negative at the same time!Sorry my approach appears to be so negative, but when I was a 'born again' Christian it was a very negative experience for me.
I know it is tough from your perspective and I completely understand where you are spiritually. In the Bible, Jesus actually talks about hell more than he does heaven, so it is a real place, but preaching "fire-hell and brimstone" was wrong for an 11 year old. Look, I am not judging, but the issue is the idea of truly being "Born Again" that you keep repeating.I did the 'born again' bit as a kid of 11 as I was threatened with hell-fire if I didn't.The older I got the more the doubts about the faith assailed me, until I completely lost it by the time I left home and married eight years later. My husband, also a 'born again' as a child, had lost his faith by the time we married, and is now a convinced atheist. We decided not to influence our children either way and they are Christians, but not Biblical literalists, thank goodness. The eldest is an Anglican Priest.
Unfortunately for you, this is a Pro Talk Jesus Forum, it is not a Anti Talk Jesus forum. This sight is for believers and those who have a genuine searching and teachable spirit, which you, apparently have neither!I have heard that one so many times! We genuinely believed it to be true when were young. As for Jesus he was a man of his times, and I don't believe he had anymore knowledge of the existence of heaven or hell than anyone else before or since.
All I can say again conifer is if you are truly searching , that is one thing, but this is a Talk Jesus forum and no one here is interested in talking against Jesus.I am not anti-Jesus, if reported correctly the guy said some sensible things, as well as stuff with which I wouldn't agree, but then he was only human like the rest of us, imo. When I joined the forum I said I was just looking to see if I had missed anything, where my opinion of the faith is concerned. I am not expecting anyone on here to see it my way, I don't want to force my lack of belief on anyone!
I or other members have no control whether you stay or not, that is up to a moderator. As far as I see, you have no spirit, much less a teachable one, and all you want to do tell us, who believe, why you don't and make no attempt to listen. You made a comment that you like to look in on a forum like this to see what you are missing. No you don't. you don't even try!Well if members prefer I leave; I won't stay where I am not wanted?

I would listen if anyone had anything toI say, which they could back up with verifiable evidence. The Bible is NOT evidence!
