Born again last winter my life took an unexpected turn, I found myself at the crossroads of the world and with God's help found the middle path.

God didn't force me in, but he said "It's not going to be easy Chris, and you'll lose everything." So I left the world and everything in it, and it really hurt.

But I know now he loves me no matter what.

Brother, you are in good company here. I have more than once in my life lost, or should I say given up every thing I own because i knew all of my physical possession are just temporary junk that will only last a few years and then it breaks or falls apart, and then all it is good for is fire wood. Knowing Jesus up close and personal is a treasure that is eternal, which joy never fades away.
The Apostle Paul said this......


Php 3:8.. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ

I think I know what you're saying there Chris. It would be nice to believe that there is love among the brethren, but sisters and brothers alike are at each others throats and that's not a war anyone wants to be in.

They know that we are His because we love one another; I love the body of Christ but most definitely they don't always love the message I am sent with. Only those who have entered in receive me.

I praise God for TJ, and the fellowship here. It is the only Christian forum I have not been banned; and I packed the same cross with me here that I have packed everywhere.
