Hebrews 2:7-8 King James Version (KJV)
7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:
8 Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.

Hebrews 2:7-8 Good News Translation (GNT)

7 You made them for a little while lower than the angels;
you crowned them with glory and honor,
8 and made them rulers over all things.”
It says that God made them “rulers over all things”; this clearly includes everything. We do not, however, see human beings ruling over all things now.

7 Jesus was here on earth from a time, Hi earthly lifetime 33 years, in which He had physical needs and desires that we do and was tempted as we are but He didn’t fall to sin because He is the answer to our sin and He is our standard to live by.

8 Jesus has full authority over everything, nothing is outside His control and power.

I agree....we Christians (i.e., Israelites) will rule over the rest of the world in the FUTURE (Is. 60:12), when the rest of the nations will serve us.

We will judge angels in the future too (1 Cor. 6:3).

Lots to look forward to in the future!
