For helping to dry ,my Mother tears, night after night

Have i said Thank you
For Allowing my Father to see, the crimes i committed, were not really me

Have i said Thank you
For bringing me home, even when i begged to be left alone

Have i said Thank you
For all of those times your voice, told me not to step on that hidden mine

Have i said Thank you
For angels you sent, to keep harm from me were ever i went

Have i said Thank You
For sending to me, the preachers who fought to set me free

Have i said Thank you
For sending to them, the strenght to forgive me ,again and again

Have i said Thank you
For loving me, when love had become a stranger to me

For all of those times, i never said thanks,
For all of those nights, you walked by my side
For all of the times, you sent darkness so within i could hide
For all the times, i hated you, hated myself, despised any Truth

Allow me now ,to Thank you my King, for bringing home, to rest within Thee.
