Whatever makes you happy is a lie. Happiness always fails you as other emotions replace it. Joy is what you're looking for because nothing replaces joy in the heart.

Excellent brother and I agree 100%.
Have you got a scripture to suport what you say?
Be Blessed.
Do you live by the spirit of God or by reading scriptures like the Jewish Pharisees had to do?
DT 24:5 If a man has recently married, he must not be sent to war or have any other duty laid on him. For one year he is to be free to stay at home and bring happiness to the wife he has married.
GE 30:12 Leah's servant Zilpah bore Jacob a second son. 13 Then Leah said, "How happy I am! The women will call me happy." So she named him Asher.
1KI 4:20 The people of Judah and Israel were as numerous as the sand on the seashore; they ate, they drank and they were happy.
EST 8:15 Mordecai left the king's presence wearing royal garments of blue and white, a large crown of gold and a purple robe of fine linen. And the city of Susa held a joyous celebration. 16 For the Jews it was a time of happiness and joy, gladness and honor. 17 In every province and in every city, wherever the edict of the king went, there was joy and gladness among the Jews, with feasting and celebrating. And many people of other nationalities became Jews because fear of the Jews had seized them.
ECC 2:24 A man can do nothing better than to eat and drink and find satisfaction in his work. This too, I see, is from the hand of God, 25 for without him, who can eat or find enjoyment? 26 To the man who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.
PS 68:3 But may the righteous be glad
and rejoice before God;
may they be happy and joyful.
PR 15:13 A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit.
There are many spirits out there leading people into all sorts of mystical and spiritual experiences and supposed truths. If they don't line up with the Bible they are NOT of God. We are to Trust Gods words as they are His Truth. If it's not supported by Scripture I throw it away.MT 25:21 "His master replied, `Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!'
