I was just wantint to know if you guys could pray for a guy at work I know, and kind of me at the same time. It is kind of a long story, I'll try and highlight the important points...
I met him a few years ago when I worked part time, and he did some work in the area I worked in. We didn't talk much at that point. I work in a hospital, and recently he did some work in my office again. This time we started talking, and I wouldn't say we are "friends" but probably a little more than acquaintances. A few months ago, I noticed he wasn't smiling as much anymore, and I asked him about it real casually. He kind of blew it off, and said it was because he was so busy with the holidays. I didn't push, because like I said, I don't know him that well. But for some reason I have a feeling there is more going on. And I am guessing he didn't really want to say anything because we aren't close. Actually, he has been better lately, he doesn't really look sad anymore. But I am not sure if he has Christ or not, and I would love to have the chance to talk to him about that. The problem is, most of the times when I see him, we are just passing in the hallways, and don't have a lot of time to talk. It kind of seems like a weird situation, and you may be wondering why I care so much. The truth is, I can't fully explain that either. I just know it has been laid on my heart to pray for him. I don't know exactly WHAT I am praying for, but I have been praying anyway! I guess if anyone could just pray for me to have oppurtunities to share Christ with him, that would be awesome. Thanks!

Sister I will pray for you and him.. May I suggest maybe going to a local book store and picking up a card or a gospel track and giving it to him..

Letting someone know God loves them and is there for them and wants to have a relationship with them is the best thing you can do for this friendship.

Think of it this way...would you rather stay in your comfort zone of this friendship not witness to him and he go to hell (we never know when our last day is) or loose a friend but plant a seed..

Please keep us up to date with your witnessing to him !

The opportunities exist, take them. To me, witnessing is like door to door sales...when one door is shut, it only means that there's another door of opportunity to knock on. Then you'll know. Matthew 10:23, "But whenever they persecute you in one city, flee to the next; for truly I say to you, you will not finish going through the cities of Israel until the Son of Man comes. (NASB) Amen. Lord, let her go forth with boldness and confidence and security, in that she knows...the Lord Jesus is with her, amen.
