Hi:
My name is Winfred Lee Carson Jr. My nickname is Kit, ya know Kit Carson the gunfighter, scout, and ....well actually he was not a really good guy. I hope to do better.
I am 56 years old, married for 27 years now, My wifes name is Sandra, I have three children, two boys and one girl, and four grand kids.
I am a Master Plumber/Master Gas fitter by trade, I have been self employed most of my life, with the occasional job here and there when times have gotten a bit tough. As they are now with the economy as it is . Right now there is no work at all in the building trades, so my life is changing . It will all be good, as God will give me what I need before I know what that is. I have learned that lesson well. I am kinda tired of playing in the dirt, crawling under houses anyway. So I am off for a vacation in May. And whatever is provided after that, so be it.
We have a new home. I spent the last 8 months building this, I was given the wisdom to see things beginning to change, so although I did not think we would have the money to build it, I went ahead with it and ya know.......God did it again. You can count on that, once you actually learn that lesson too. So we have a new home, no bills except to the tax man. Have given our big home to our oldest son and his family.
My wife is a registered nurse, and a very good woman. She thinks I am crazy, and maybe she is right. I suspect this is a fact.
I do love God, but I have my own way. I was originally baptized with my wife in a Pentacostal Church. I have a sense of humor and I was supposed to emerge and say some very wise thing. Sandy was scared to death, and I was waiting for this wise saying to spring forth, but my lips were sealed. So I mumbled something so they would let me out of there, later in life I came to understand it was not of my own nonsense. It was Elshidia' the name I spoke. For I am your God. I did not realize this until a couple years later.
I have read the bible about six to eight times, and now love to study certain parts of it. I do not quote little scriptures that have no meaning by themselves. I prefer to speak in everyday, understandable ways.
Well that is a bit about me, I found the forum one day wandering around the web, I was looking for an explanation of the ten commandments and working on Sunday, which actually used to be Saturday, until that was changed by man. And found this read a bit and decided to say Hi.
I am easy going, full of nonsense sometimes, have a great sense of humor, and I suppose a bit onery sometimes too.
Respectfully
Kit
