"Good News"
Isn't there a sense deep in your heart that things are simply not the same any more? Life has been categorized and quantified far too long. Many people are starting to realize there is so much more to life than what meets the eye. With all the war, turmoil, and chaos going on in our world, everyone desperately wants to find something "good" to believe in. Humans long to be caught up in something bigger than themselves, so as to believe in their dreams. Well, beyond the fantasy and imagination lies the unbelievable story of God’s love for you.
This is called the "Good News" or the "Gospel Message" and is so poignantly demonstrated in God sending His son, Jesus Christ, to earth as a man. He really didn't have to, you know? He could have just scrapped the whole plan like He almost did in Noah’s day. He could have watched us all perish in our sins. He even could have ended the story right then and there. But He didn't. He was thinking of you and me when He sent His only Son down to earth, stripped of His Godhood and destined to be crucified by His very own creation. In wondrous, dramatic flair God once and for all declared His unfailing love for each and every one of us. God bankrupted heaven to restore relationship with us. And He did it with you in mind. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is so real, and so much better than any fairy tale, because it is true. How will you respond to a God that loves you that much? What will you do with this Good News? Why don’t you take a moment right now and believe this Gospel Truth, receive God's Gift of Eternal Life, and thank God for His Amazing Love and Grace? God be with you all.
