Good Food for Good Mood

  1. let the sunshine in and live a little with good food for good mood.

    1. All fruit and vegetables.
    2. Brazil Nuts.
    3. Tea: I especially love green tea, perpammint tea (with honey) and chai tea.
    4. Fish: love Salmon (baked and grilled)
    5. Milk: Try adding honey, cinnamon and cloves love love it.
    6. Toasted Muesli: I add cornflakes with it.
    7. Vegemite: If you have never tasted vegemite you have never lived :). Raise your emoji hand if you agree!! :)
