Paul used two (Greek) words for life, ‘bios’ and ‘zoe’. ‘Bios’ is human biological life, created life. ‘Zoe’ is God’s own life, uncreated, called ‘eternal life’.
It is holy and we can’t compare it as like this or that. ‘Eternal’ is a code word for a life-quality so rich that it can’t die or be destroyed.
Jesus said “I give (my sheep) eternal life and they shall never perish”. Believers are “partakers of the Divine nature”. John 10:28. 2 Peter 1:4.
This ‘fullness’ through faith is what the New Testament is mainly about. Isn’t that wonderful?
