God's Love

To You oh Lord I run,
For I take refuge under
The Shadow of Your wings.
You are my refuge and strength,
My ever present help in times of trouble.
I will trust, I will trust,
I will trust in You alone.

You are my Redeemer,
The Restorer of my soul,
The lifter of my head,
You are my all in all,
And You are always there for me.
You embrace me in Your loving arms,
And You never ever let me go.

You love me with an everlasting love,
So high, so wide, so deep.
A love that is never ending.
You laid down Your life for me,
Because of Your great love.
For the bible tells us 'God is Love'.
I love You Lord because You first loved me.
