As it were

The memories of a thousand good times.

God is beautiful

Like a sunset

Of fire all throughout the sky

Which lights up the earth

With perfect Heavenly glory.

God is beautiful

Like the soft wool of a sheep

Warm and comforting

To draw the spirit to rest.

God is beautiful

Like the scent of a rose

Commanding the intellect to step aside

For just a moment

And stand in awe

Of the miracle. .

God is beautiful

Like the taste of an apple

Sweet

Wholesome

Satisfying

For body and soul

In every way.

And God is beautiful

In that unexplainable manner

Deep within the being

That cannot be described with words

Or thoughts

Or images

But only

Experienced

In the silence

Of absolute

Love.
