Your God has commanded your strength; Strengthen, O God, what You have done for us. Psalm 68:28 NKJV
God’s love and protection are all around you. The Bible says that God goes before you and behind you, keeping you safe from the enemy’s and the world’s attacks. Nothing can sneak up and snatch you away from Him. Even though you may not be aware of it, God, powerfully protects you at all times.
God’s power made the universe, and it also made your heart. His power formed the mountains, and it also sustains your life. God’s power is mighty enough to carry you through your current struggles and place you gently down in peaceful places.
The enemy is most effective when he can get you to question God’s promises. He tries to attack your hope during those times when you are waiting for God. In those times, recall what God’s power looks like. Read your Bible and see how God protected and cared for His servants, even in the most perilous circumstances.
God did that for His people in ages past—and He does it for you today!
Prayer: Lord, help me to remember the truth that You protect me and preserve me, even when I’m not aware of it. Help me remember that You hear and see everything. Thank You for having everything under control!
