For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
Malachi 4:1
This morning, not affected directly by the fires, but shrouded in the smoky haze and the terrible smell....this verse comes to mind.
Is this devastation in Australia a shadow of things to come?
Or a sign of the last days?
Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Roman 1:19-20
