Many believe in the work of the Holy Spirit! .......They preach about it.
They rejoice when things happen, but they never get around to practicing faith for themselves. They are longing for the power, but never put the plug into the socket.
They never ‘flick’ the switch, and therefore they never tap into the spiritual power lines that are humming night and day. All those human explanations, plausible reasons, generally known sayings, negative teachings, and religious hair-splitting destroy the conductivity of the Word of God. Many know the biblical truths, but never experience them for themselves.
It is quite possible for the divine power lines to be severed by human thinking.
The Bible gives the following warning, “but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it” (Hebrews 4:2).
The Bible is given precisely to create faith in its own truth, the greatness of God......... Read it!
To sing in church, “How great Thou art” is ridiculous if a single molehill is not moved, and every mountain triggers alarm. MmMm
Trust in God is the power-switch! 2010 shall be different for you.
