Finding God

My path was once dark,

but you brought me Sight.

My heart was so heavy,

and then You brought the Light.

When I was lost,

you found me here.

I feared your Love, Lord.

Yet, you still held me dear.

You wiped my tears.

You released my fears.

You spoke the Truth,

and made me sane.

It's You I Trust,

Oh Mighty Lord.

Your love and forgiveness

cuts away the ethereal cords.

I am able to clearly see,

and be eternally free.
