Though many in life may not come to understand the full meaning of what it is to be led by Jesus, nonetheless His love is available for all. For those who truly seek Him there are treasures available beyond compare. It is written “John 8:12 “Whoever follows me will have the light of life and will never walk in darkness.” Those who give their life over to Him will experience pure joy and will be led on a journey of miracles and healing. Much will be given to those who put their faith and trust in Him. When you submit your life to Him in full, He is able then to turn your life around.

To really get the most out of this walk, you must have faith in His ability to provide for you. Philippians 4:19 “And with all his abundant wealth through Christ Jesus, my God will supply all your needs.” Knowing this will help us understand that a life in Christ certainly has its benefits, that’s for sure. He wants us to be happy. He wants us to experience a life of blessings and abundance. He wants to put us in a position where we can be a blessing for others. When others look upon the life we are living in Him, we will be a shining example that when we put our faith and trust in the Lord, everything we do will be blessed.

With that you may say, that even the most diligent of followers do not always experience the true joy in knowing and trusting in God’s provision. The reason being is a lack of knowledge on their part, of the many wonderful promises given to us in the Bible. There are promises for good health and healing, wealth and abundance, joy and peace of mind, blessings upon our family life, marriages and relationships, and success in whatever work we do with our hands. We need to access these truths by reading about them in God’s word, and then claiming what is rightfully ours. It is written in Jeremiah 29:11 “I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for.”

We must stake our claim, otherwise we might miss out! The Devil is going to try to stop you from receiving all your blessings. He knows what you’re entitled to as a child of God, and will stop at nothing to deceive you into thinking that you’re not worthy or deserving of God’s favour. Lots of people go through life never achieving everything that God has laid out before them because they allow the enemy to thwart them at every turn. As God’s precious children, we have authority over the Devil by using the name of Jesus. Just the mere mention of the name ‘Jesus’, Satan and his demons will flee. It is our right to exercise this authority for our protection and for us to receive what God has planned and promised for His children.

Too many people don’t realise that they may well be giving away their blessings to the enemy. When this happens they stagnate, and things go wrong all around them before they realise that everything is spiralling out of control. Take back that control now! James 4:7 NKJV states, “Resist the Devil and he will flee from you.” Use the mighty name of Jesus and claim what is yours. Take back your inheritance. Say ‘in the name of Jesus, take your hands of me and my family, Satan, we belong to God.’ Watch what happens next! Then enjoy the journey.....

All glory for these words goes to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

PS 1 Peter 5:8-9 says 8“Be alert, watch out! Your enemy, the Devil, roams around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. 9Be firm in your faith and resist him, because you know that other believers in all the world are going through the same kind of sufferings.” How do we resist the Devil you might ask? We resist the Devil by standing firm in our faith in God and in our faith that His promises hold true. Amen.

With that you may say, that even the most diligent of followers do not always experience the true joy in knowing and trusting in God’s provision. The reason being is a lack of knowledge on their part, of the many wonderful promises given to us in the Bible...

I strongly disagree with the theme of this message, and I believe the Scripture does also, not the mention the Apostles, who must have all lacked this knowledge you speak of, because they all died without having received these promises of health, wealth and prosperity....along side a host of martyrs down through the history of Christiandom of such numbers, the amount of Christians in the world today probably dont amount to the half of them....and by evidence of the loss of their lives for this 'inheritance', there is no doubt their 'faith' alone would scorn such a message to shame...if this were preached to them, what would they have to say about our 'entitlements' as Christians in this world?

It is very evident in Scripture that the Saints inheritance is not in this life, but the next. That being said, I would`nt 'stake my claim' in this world even if I could...

Heb 13:7 Remember your leaders, those who have spoken God's word to you. Think about the impact of their lives, and imitate their faith.
Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today-and forever!
Heb 13:9 Stop being carried away by all kinds of unusual teachings, for it is good that the heart be strengthened by grace, not by food laws that have never helped those who follow them.
Heb 13:10 We have an altar, and those who serve in the tabernacle have no right to eat at it.
Heb 13:11 For the bodies of animals, whose blood is taken into the sanctuary by the high priest as an offering for sin, are burned outside the camp.
Heb 13:12 That is why Jesus, in order to sanctify the people by his own blood, also suffered outside the city gate.
Heb 13:13 Therefore go to him outside the camp and endure the insults he endured.
Heb 13:14 For here we have no permanent city but are looking for the one that is coming.

2Co 12:9 But he has told me, "My grace is all you need, for my power is perfected in weakness." Therefore, I will most happily boast about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why I take such pleasure in weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and difficulties for Christ's sake, for when I am weak, then I am strong.

These words are the sum of the Word, [Christ] and all that is written, from the front of the book to the back- and the sum of all the needs of the human soul:

"My grace is all you need"

Heb 11:32 And what more should I say? For time would fail me to tell you about Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and the prophets.
Heb 11:33 Through faith they conquered kingdoms, administered justice, received promises, shut the mouths of lions,
Heb 11:34 put out raging fires, escaped death by the sword, found strength in weakness, became powerful in battle, and routed foreign armies.
Heb 11:35 Women received back their dead through a resurrection. Others were brutally tortured but refused to accept release, so that they might gain a better resurrection.
Heb 11:36 Still others endured taunts and floggings, and even chains and imprisonment.
Heb 11:37 They were stoned to death, sawed in half, and killed with swords. They went around in sheepskins and goatskins. They were needy, oppressed, and mistreated.
Heb 11:38 The world wasn't worthy of them. They wandered in deserts, mountains, caves, and holes in the ground.
Heb 11:39 All these people won approval for their faith but did not receive what was promised,
Heb 11:40 since God had planned something better for us so that they would not become perfect without us.
