Joyce Meyer:
Ending Your Day Right:
Make Love habit
And let us consider and give attentive, continuous
care to watching over one another, studying how we
may stir up (stimulate and incite) to love and helpful
deeds and noble activities.
Hebrews 10:24
If you intend to make love a habit, you
must develop the habit of loving people
with your words. Your fleshly (lower, sensual)
nature points out flaws, weaknesses, and failures.
It seems to feed on the negatives in life. It sees and
magnifies all that is wrong with people and things.
But the Bible says you are to overcome evil with
good (see Romans 12:21).
Walking in the Spirit---continually following the
leading, guiding, and working of the Holy Spirit
through your own spirit instead of being led by your
emotions---requires being positive.
It is easy to find something wrong with everyone,
But love does not expose faults---it covers them.
Ask God to help you share His love with others.
