Then the Messiah said unto them, “All ye shall be offended because of Me this night; for it is written: ‘I will smite the Shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.’
And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.
And you have no need that any man teach you; but as his unction teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie. And as it hath taught you, abide in him ...
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
Seek the Lord while he may be found; call upon him while he is near;
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
