Don't Hold Back

Lissa was a woman that dreamed, but struggled to find her place
First tried to find it in marriage but then lost her first child premature
All the while her marriage was falling apart with her husband cheating

If Lisa could have only heard the voice through the tears and sobs that fell
Would have heard its ok I am here with the Heavenly Father that holds me
Don't cry mama I will always be with you

Lissa tried holding on to her marriage but the husband chose another over her
Moving to another country trying to move on with her life but still not forgotten
Still filled with dreams but confused with no answers

When Lisa found Christ things began to change even if the one she still loved
Stayed the same, she found the love of Christ doesn’t change with a new path
On this path that she walked unknown to her, flowers bloomed, lives changed

Lissa then one day met an unknown poet who told her lives would be changed
Just by telling her story and letting Christ work through her that's what the dreams
The visions God was sending was about that she was given a gift to use for the Lord

Don't hold back Lissa let go of the past that holds you let Christ lead you to the present
Forget the hardships you once had forget the first love move on live with the one that loves
Must lose what we hold most dear to find the one we need most of all and live for Him
