Everyone has inherited the curse.

Rom 5:12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned—

We are still living under the curse on all of creation. It is compared to the "labour" before a new birth.


Rom 8:20-25 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; (21) because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. (22) For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.

This curse will not be lifted until after the second resurrection when the new Heaven and Earth arrive.

Rev 22:3 And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.

There are two 'curses.'

The Adam and Eve curse and the curse of the law. They are different.
