FROM THE FATHER'S HEART


My child, I will be your source of strength when your heart is failing. I will hold your hand when your steps falter. There will never be a time when you are truly alone, even though you may feel My presence is as distant as the stars in the heavens. I am Jehovah-shammah, the God who is always with you, always ready to help, the One who constantly cele-brates the joy of having you as My child.

A GRATEFUL RESPONSE


Sometimes You lead me over rugged mountain trails and through dark valleys. Though Your face is hidden, and Your voice is silent, I sense Your protection all around me. I cannot escape Your presence, nor do I want to. You are Jehovah- shammah. You, Lord, are always there.

SIMPLE TRUTH

Wherever God leads, our hearts can follow with confidence.

Thank you so much for this...ladylovesjesus. I really needed to hear..or read this. It is difficult sometimes in the famines of our lives to remember that He is still so very close. But He promises to never leave or forsake us... our ever present help in time of trouble.
