I think the Christian Essentials series is a great place to start for new Christians, and also really good listening for those of us that wouldn't mind an inspirational refresher course.
His site is harvest dot org, and he has the entire series on youtube, as well as in mp3 format on his site. It has been a real blessing to me and my wife, and hope it can bless you guys as well. Peace.
