Hi Fellow T.J.er's!!

I just started a new job with good company...it does take me 45 minutes to get to work from where I live (my car swallows the gas up!) :baffle:
Anywho...I am grateful to have a job and I am learning my way around the system faster than the usual folks that start in my dept. God is awesome and fills us with wisdom...
Long story short...since I came in the company a few weeks ago through a temp agency (praying to God) I make it through the probation period with temp agency and another 3 months of probation with actual company...(6 months in total)...I ramble...sorry!
The temp agency offers me medical and dental and vision--however the premium is deducted from my check every WEEK and it comes up to almost $200 a month...which is crazy expensive...
Anyone has any suggestions?
