I have eased the rules for live chat to the following:

Old Rules:

Minimum requirements to enter: 10 posts / 7 day active account

New Rules:

Minimum requirements to enter: 5 posts / 2 day active account

Purpose is to build up some activity in live chat. However, if problems persists with trouble makers coming with bad motives, the rules will be re-modified again.
