it is not gossip, cause i wont tell your the relevant people's name and location, so don't worry. Your analysis makes no impaction on their lives. Now I talk about the facts:

On Easter Sunday, after i gave my testimony in my fellowship, i went to my workplace to work.
My manager, the girl who is from east europe, is my friend.
Her boyfriend is a christian. He is such a nice gentleman. I liked him first, and then i knew he is a christian. I knew they have lived together.
Occasionally, i and the manager talked about my testimony. After she knew I am a christian, and I knew she is a Muslim.
As you know, we debated and defended our own belief.
I remember she said sth. to deny Jesus as the God, which hurt me, and I didn't appreciate that her christian boyfriend lives with her.
Ok, that day was over. we are still friends.
On Easter Monday, she got a very very bad news from her boyfriend's family and she was kind of lost her mind. I can not know what is the result for the bad news until i see her again in couple of days.

My question is:
1.is the bad news a kind of punishment from God to her and her boyfriend?
2.although she is a Muslim, she is nice and her boyfriend. I really don't want sth. hurts their family.
3. should i talk with her about the belief before? it is kind of my fault, i feel.

I need your analysis, and your analysis will start from you and end to me.

A quick answer(s) to your question(s)

1. No punishment is reserved for Judgement day.
2. ??
3. I would sit down with her boyfriend and discuss things privatey with him first, and also maybe with a Pastor, that would be beneficial.

Plus Pray for them and for her salvation, and how God can use you to witness to her.

Peace be with you,
John.

Wow, this is a tough one sorta' I agree with what Brother JJ said, although I know that in my experiance of praying for my enemies I have seen things turn for the not so good on the people that have cursed me, I do believe ultimately that judgement comes on judgement day but I do believe that those who curse you will be cursed especially if you pray for their health, happiness, and prosperity, all things that you would want for yourself, and those who bless you will be blessed as well this is my experiance. I think that what Brother JJ said about talking with the boyfriend is all well, though I truely know that whatever you do hold them up in your prayers and I will as well. Thank You for sharing with us.
God Bless,Love, Peace and Prayers,
Yours in Him! :rose:

Hello Brother jesusisthegod

My question is:
1.is the bad news a kind of punishment from God to her and her boyfriend?
I do not think so. Belief in Jesus does not keep us safe from bad things that happen in life, Belief in Jesus gives us peace to and strength to face all bad things that happen in life.

Ecclesiast. 9:11 I returned and saw under the sun that -- The race is not to the swift, Nor the battle to the strong, Nor bread to the wise, Nor riches to men of understanding, Nor favor to men of skill; But time and chance happen to them all.

2.although she is a Muslim, she is nice and her boyfriend. I really don't want sth. hurts their family.
It is good that you do not want hurt to come to those who reject Jesus. that is your loving spirit showing. Be assured that nothing that you have done has caused this bad thing to happen.

3. should i talk with her about the belief before? it is kind of my fault, i feel.
You should talk about Jesus when you feel lead by the Holy Spirit to do so. And once again you have not caused this bad thing to happen brother (((((jesusisthegod))))) now is the chance for you to offer more caring and love.

The love of Jesus when shined is always brightest in the darkest place.

but
1. He is an old christian, and I am a young christian.

An older Christian will be more knowledgeable in the faith if they have been serious in seeking understanding from God by prayer and reading the scriptures. But often The Holy Spirit will give a piece of understanding to a young Christian so that they can share it with the older Christian and both can grow through this fellowship.

Wisdom comes from God but some older Christians fall into a trap of thinking that they know everything. Sometimes pride can creep in. Sometimes God uses young Christians to remind old Christians where all truth comes from.

2.both forgiven sinners. can i teach him?
One should not look upon it as teaching but as sharing. if both can teach and both can learn something, fellowship is good.

3.does that offend their private policy?
Sorry jesusisthegod. But i do not understand this question? Do you mean privacy of this forum or privacy of your friend and His wife?

Hope you reply soon

The issue here has been addressed in scripture if you read the story of Solomon he had wives and concubines that he was with and he loved them
but he was also given instruction not to marry them as they would turn him from his God to worship their God's.
Sometimes we can have the best of intentions but miss the "boat" with God even the wisest man in all the bible did but God is faithful to "chastise" those that He loves it may be painful but God will get your attention anyway that He has to. It's best to stay clear of God's correction on someone else or it may come on you also. Recall that Jobs "tormenters" were well intentioned to try "instucting" Job but ended up being called "tormenters".

If they are truely friends then get them to come into TalkJesus for the information they are lacking God works powerfully here.

for Adstar
you are right, please go on.
by the way, she is not his wife.

for Buzzboodro
the boyfriend is near 60 years old.
the muslim girl is 26.
the guy i think dont know how to use IT.
the muslim, you know.
I recommended them to at least get married, cause honestly their love is so pure.
and i thought in their marriage, the guy can convert or pray for his wife and finally we all can see the best result.
it is tough. and I am thinking that i am so lucky . God doesn't put me in the same situation.

Greetings! Peace is with us! First, when a person does not have Jesus in his heart,he's still on the hands of satan and satan owns him him.So whatever happens to him/her is satan's work not a punishment from God.Only God's children He punishes(Heb.12).Although a person is good but if no Christ in heart or personal relationship with Jesus, that is not real goodness for only Jesus is good and if you have Him in your heart, you can act really good for it's not you but Christ working in you. the best solution PRAY for them. Let God work. God bless us.
