Jesus Christ came by water, blood and the spirit, only he who believe in the water and the blood can overcome the world.
Those who believe in the redemption,of His blood and of the spirit, by the baptism of Jesus Christ He took away all the sin of the world.

Baptism is not required for Salvation because it is possible for someone to receive Christ just prior to death with no time for baptism. Also, new believers facing violent persecution in 3rd world countries may face a long wait between conversion and baptism. If baptism were required, they would not be considered Christians until their baptism.

However, baptism is very important as a sign of faith and every believer should be baptized if at all possible.

Jesus said it was important, therefore it is. As far as death bed repentance, 3rd world countries, God is in charge of His mercy. I would not like to be the one that told someone it was not important or necessary, when they were very able to go that distance in their relationship with Christ.

Does the Lord need us to be baptized as a sign of faith? No. He knows the heart, the question is who is doing the will of His word? Who is paying attention to the details of pleasing God? Baptism into Jesus name is something very few Christians do, maybe because it too was found to be maybe 'not so important'. Baptism as to joining a congregation or church group, that is a man made tradition, and makes no difference in the Kingdom.

John 3: 3-6
In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.a”
4“How can a man be born when he is old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born!”
5Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. 6Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spiritb gives birth to spirit.

We have two births: First of water (mother's womb, flesh) which is of the law and death. Second of Spirit (recieving God's Spirit in you, "born-again") which is of grace and gives eternal life. All other traditions, doctrines, requirements, though inspiring and wonderful are not necessary.

That is perfectly correct!!!

Here is the point. People are always in the mission of turning the word of God to fulfilled their pleasure, since their doctrines and teachings are not always in conformity to the word of God.
Should we then say: Many just need the letters to justified their doctrines, not that they are after the things of God but their own things.

I tell you, baptism is as important as water is needed in bring forth Child into the World. May be we should say, people are just been baptized into TITLE name rather than JESUS and that's why many are not getting the revelation behind the word INTO CHRIST.

The truth you know and obeyed will set you free but, the one you don't know and you are not willing to know WILL KEEP YOU IN BONDAGE FOREVER.

Yes Baptism of water is as important as Baptism in Holy-Ghost. There is not we can do against the truth than the truth.

Jesus did it and preached it.
The Apostle did it and Preached it.
Those who are following the Lord are doing it and preaching it.

For one to say baptism is not important equal to another gospel which we needs to turn away from.

Troy a servant of God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Baptism, this the first act of the New Born in obedieance.
But as important as the being Baptized by the Holy Spirit in ones heart.

I don`t think so!

Luk 3:16 John answered, saying unto [them] all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
