Bad roommate situation=need help

Hey everyone, the living situation I am in is getting kind of bleak. I moved in several months ago with a friend from work and she is the owner of the house; I pay rent each month to her. She offered me a place to stay as I was in a decent house with good roommates; however, my lifestyle was unhealthy for me. She wanted me to get healthy with her and I recognized that I needed change in my life so I took her up on the offer.

Now a few months in and this morning she texts me saying that it isnt working out and that the whole time I have been keeping her awake at night. I had no idea it was that large of an issue or that the reason she moved downstairs was to distance herself from me, that was never made clear. It apparently isnt the fact that I snore when I sleep but that I hardly ever sleep regular hours. I try to be as quiet as possible but she apparently is woken up just from me walking around.

I feel that I have grown alot from living with her but at this point, her anger and frustration she tends to take out on me with her word choices even if she doesnt realize it all the time. I don't see her changing the way she does things anytime in the near future and this just plain hurts inside. I really need some help here, and I am praying hard about this

Idea: how about offering to switch with her & you go downstairs.
I know from experience that walking above some can be noisy - aparently they don't sound-proof floors.
