Are all born-again Christians part of God’s elect?

Let us review these passages, which reveal a lot ...

• “… God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit
and belief in the truth, to which He called you by our gospel …” (2 Thes 2:13-14)

• “For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one …” (Heb 2:11)

• “For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.” (Heb 10:14)

• "For as many as are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God." (Rom 8:14)

There are at least 2 stages of sanctification:
1) positional (set apart)
2) progressive (see above)

How y’all doin’ with stage 2? Just curious, with a touch of exhortation.
