who does it glorify to say how bad you've been or the depths you still entertain? Entertaining sin is exactly that. We all sin, i am failed as the next man but it is time to give no room for the devil to regurgitate his bile!

Aim for the utmost my brothers and sisters, and God will overflow your cup!

Philippians 3:13-14 (CJB)
13 Brothers, I, for my part, do not think of myself as having yet gotten hold of it; but one thing I do: forgetting what is behind me and straining forward toward what lies ahead, 14 I keep pursuing the goal in order to win the prize offered by God’s upward calling in the Messiah Yeshua.

Revelation 12:11 (KJV)
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the Word in their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

We do not speak of how bad we were but of how God saved us..With the Word

1. Agreed. In Eph 5 Paul speaks pretty harshly against speaking of sin like the unsaved do.

2. I don't mean to argue or propose we / I am self righteous. But that is not true. We all sin, but some sinners got themselves into Hades OT and other sinners got themselves into Abraham's bosom. There are sinners who hate their sin Rom 7:15 and then sinners who love their sin / the darkness John 3:19.

So now this moves onto mortal sins. Paul was not talking about murdering Christians when he said he still sins. So we can discern that someone continuing in a sin God ordained deserving of the death penalty OT is likely more sold out to sin / love for sin then someone only caught in venial sins. As Jesus says we know each other by our fruits.

So, no sin is not sin. When Jesus makes the statement that someone who just thinks of another immorally commits adultery in Matt 5:28 He is making a point seperate from the degrees of sin. His point that hits home very well (as we have all done this) is that we all have sin and we all qaulify to be separated from God. But then we have to grasp that four verses down in vs 32 Jesus qualifies His statement by saying that except for actual adultery nobody may divorce.

Having sin = Seperation from God
Loving sin = Hades / hell
Hating sin = AB / Heaven

Hating sin leads to repentance. Repentance is us drawing closer to God which causes Him to draw closer to us James 4:8. He will never turn someone away who truly repents Psalm 51:17.

Hence we can make a very controversial / but true statement. Jesus saves nobody from hell. He unites those who truthfully repent with God.
