A long time ago, nightclubs were so much better. They played a lot of pretty decent music. Classic rock and roll, a little Spanish and country here and there, slow songs even. But during the 2010s decade, things have been really crashing with the nightlife scene all over America. Numerous nightclubs have phased out the classic oldies and have started playing a lot of rap as their new mainstream music. Rap is that kind of music that has all the profanity in it and the glorification of the gangster life and illegal drugs, rap is literally of Satan himself. It is also a subgenre of hip hop, hence people water it down by calling it hip hop. Rap is also apparently immensely widespread in the college nightlife atmosphere, especially during so-called "college nights" at certain bars and clubs. In another thread, someone asked if clubbing was a sin. Well, with rap taking over as the new mainstream music at clubs all over the place, I am starting to think that yes it is a sin, unless you go to country nightclubs where the mainstream music is mostly country, and it especially appears that country nightclubs are the only clubs left in America that don't play rap as their mainstream.
