A WONDROUS THING

What a wondrous thing to worship, Jesus Christ the King
He is the Son of the most high God, creator of everything
Yet He listens to me, He delights in my prayer
He is ever listening, My Lord is always there
As I bow down in worship, I can already start
To hear Him talking to me, in whispers to my heart
I'm basking in His presence, His Spirit washing over me
No other time in my life, have I ever felt so free
I'm swimming in an ocean, of love I never knew
Splashing and dancing, Communing with Him too
As I praise and worship, the wondrous Three in One
For I have the victory, through Father, Spirit, Son
So I'm compelled to praise Him, from the bottom of my heart
My spirit longs to blend with His, so let the worship start!
