Romans 8:2 "For the law of the the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death."

There are two 'the's. I don't see this typo on the online KJV Bible. It's only in my book. Are typos possible in the Bible?

mouse, the bible is truth. however since it is now printed on man made machines yes there could be a few errors. however the errors are not going to be so bad that the truth is not seen. if it is a typo that takes the meaning from the word then it is the devil working through man.

in other words i would not worry myself with the small errors as no man is perfect. rather the lord and the truth of the meaning.

Thank you, ushalk. I haven't found any other errors. And of course the word the is not so important and doesn't add or take away.

About one month ago I thought Nebuchadnezzar's name was misprinted in the book of Jeremiah, where it's spelled Nebuchadrezzar. It's not a mispell but a hebrew spelling that is kept for consistancy in this particular book. And I heard it's the more usual way of spelling the king of Babylon's name.

Don't know why I get so worked up over those little things.

Let me start off by saying that not all versions of the Bible are good to read and not all are accurate. It will take a little research on your behalf but to tell you the truth, KJV is the most accurate version to read. Some versions were put together by a homosexual panel, therefore they take out the a lot of God's Truth. Just be very careful and inquire with Jesus about what you read because they are NOT all the same. I hope this helps! With love...

sometimes i think we all get worked up easily over the simplest stuff. when i did it it was all about how wicked man is and how easily we are used to do the work of the devil. but sometimes we all make little mistakes and forget that accidents happen. it does not always mean that someone is trying to do wrong.

i do agree with charfuss1. there are alot of bibles that are out there that have been made wrong on purpose. the new world translation by the jehovah witness is one of them. i think there are other good translations than the kjv. however the kjv is the one that i use.
