A Montana man, on a road trip with his dog, Sundance, stopped for a meal, leaving the pooch in the car. Well, Sundance must have been hungry too, for he nosed around in the vehicle until he found five $100 bills and ate them like dog biscuits. The man returned to find his pet's meal had cost him a good deal more than his own.

As Christians, we have something inside us that a billion dollars can't buy. We have something better than gold in our hearts. We have the Holy Spirit as a deposit or down payment, guaranteeing what is to come (2 Corinthians 1:22). Our bodies are His temples, and we have this treasure in earthen vessels that the excellency may be of Him (2 Corinthians 4:7).

That leads to a life of thanksgiving as our hearts overflow. Gratitude isn't a momentary feeling; it's a constant attitude produced by the indwelling Holy Spirit as He reminds us of our blessings in Christ. Be thankful today, as though you had swallowed sunshine.

When I met Christ, I felt that I had swallowed sunshine.

1Co_15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

Rom_8:10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Eph_2:22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

He dwells in our Spirit body. Many are taught He dwells in our weak dying flesh and there are scriptures that could make one believe it if they think carnally .

Rom_7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing:

There is NOTHING God in our flesh . Good meaning eternal .

Nothing we see on this planet and the planet it self is not eternal , nor are these weak dying flesh bodies .
The Only eternal things are those Unseen .

2Co_4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Rom_9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God:

1Co_15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.


Our Flesh body is corruptible .

Yes Your Spirits Body ,Not your weak dying flesh body.

Only the Spiritual body is raised. The flesh returns back to the earth it came from.
There is NO Good thing in our flesh.

Rom_7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing:
Rom_9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God

He Did not die for our flesh .But that we could be made New Creatures, which is what we are at Salvation. A brand New Spirit being . But still dwelling in the same old defiled flesh body.

It in our Spirit He dwells and never Leaves or forsakes.

Heb_12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

This is what takes place some at salvation.

Eze_11:19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:
Eze_18:31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
Eze_36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

Gen_3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

Rom_8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit,Joh_6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

This is talking about our flesh body being sin full and our New Creature [Spirit] be Holy and perfect .

It DEAD spiritually .

The New Man is our New spirit that is God holy eternal child. the one that is part of His family and Household and no longer counted as part of this evil planet. Our spirits home is Now New Jerusalem .

Eph_2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
Eph_4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Col_3:10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:


The Hidden man is our New creature ,Because we do not see Him.
1Pe_3:4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

The outward man is our flesh man. the inward man is our new spirit .
Rom_7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
2Co_4:16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

Eph_3:16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;


Rom_1:9 For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son,

Phm_1:25 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

Gal_6:18 Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen

Rom_8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Rom_9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God:

Heb_12:9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

1Co_2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

1Co_2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Rom_8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
The carnal thinker will see things differently .

I believe the fallen flesh body is very important and is not done away with. Rather, our mortal body will be changed into an immortal body after the resurrection.

Romans 8:11
And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.


We will receive a spiritual body of flesh like Christ has:
Luke 24:39 Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.

This is our fallen flesh body which will be resurrected and transformed into an immortal body by the Spirit who lives in us (Rom 8:11).

1 Cor 15:54 Then, when our dying bodies have been transformed into bodies that will never die, this Scripture will be fulfilled: "Death is swallowed up in victory.

Clearly, our physical bodies are temples of the Spirit. The spirit, soul and body represents the most holy place, holy place and inner court of the Jewish temple. At salvation the Spirit inhabits our spirit, by sanctification and transformation over time the Spirit inhabits our soul, and at future resurrection He will inhabit our mortal bodies, thus transforming them into immortal bodies like Christ's body.

The New body we get will not be anything that can be destroyed ever . it appears it will be able to take any look we want it too?

Jesus appeared in different looks. Also He in the old testament appeared as a cloud and also a pillar of fire.
I believe there will be no limit to how we can or want to appear.

We see the eternal body He reveals was like this.

Rev 1:14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;
Rev 1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
Rev 1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.


Dan_7:9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.

I believe both these are the same eternal body He always had. That before HE came in the flesh and after He came into the flesh.
I believe He appeared after coming out of the grave so they would know HIM. But even then He appeared in different forms and They only knew Him because there heart [spirit] knew Him. There carnal mind was confused.
