It is a terrible thing for a church family to lose their pastor like that. You know where he is and are comforted by that, but it still remains that his children have no father and your church family has no leader at the moment. So, you have grief to deal with and the care and concern of the kids left behind as well as the major concern of your church moving forward with its vision.
I will pray that all will fall into place as nothing takes our God by surprise. He will provide strength and peace for all and He is already about bringing to you a pastor that will prove to be all that you need and more.
