How quickly can you find out what is unusual about this paragraph? It looks so ordinary that you would think that nothing was wrong with it at all, and in fact, nothing is. But it is unusual. Why? If you study it and think about it you may find out, but I am not going to assist you in any way. You must do it without coaching. No doubt if you work at it for long, it will dawn on you. I don't know. Now, go to work and try your luck.

If you had only one match, and entered a dark room containing an oil lamp, some newspaper, and some kindling wood, which would you light first?

An electric train is moving north at 100kph and a wind is blowing to the west at 10kph. Which way does the smoke blow?

Okay, I'm just guessing here, but I'll give it a try. 1. The paragraph: there's no indentation.

2. H is to GRAM as D is to CRAM 3. No. Because the man is dead if his wife is a widow.

4. I would light only the lamp. The others would catch the room and the house on fire.

Question1: In the whole paragraph there is no letter "e" used. This is called a lipogram.

Question 2: RTED; read analogy as HistoGRAM and DistoRTED.

Question 3: No, it is illegal for a man to marry his widow's sister, because it is illegal for her to marry a dead man.

Question 4: The match.

Question 5: It is an Electric train, they do not make smoke.
