11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
EasyEnglish Bible Translation
v11 If you have a gift as a speaker, speak only God’s messages. If you have a gift to help other people, let God make you strong to help them. Do everything so that people will thank God. They should say how great and good God is because of Jesus Christ. He will have all authority and power always. And everyone should always say how great he is! This is true!

11 We should allow people to first speak because it may beof the truth and be something we need to hear but we also need to be cautiousbecause they may be spreading false teaching we should judge what they but thescripture we already have. We should not stand in the way of letting people dowhat the Lord has for them but this does not mean we should take a back seatbut should do also what He wants of us if it is from Him and we both arefollowing Him into doing this it will work together and both will happen andneither will take away from the other but may even make each other better at whatthey are called to do. Sometimes people do what they want and God wants someoneto do something and they try to be obedient but people stand in their way, juststay true and follow God this time will not be the easiest. Ministering isbeing a servant or serving, providing people what they need whether it isteaching or Godly console. We should not to go beyond what the Lord leads us,He will give us the ability but we may not see it this is so we can rely not onourselves but so we can rely on Him. We should serve not bring glory toourselves but to bring Him glory and praise. One way to judge to see if someoneis called by God is who is the praise going to them or to God or to somethingelse all together.
