Hi everyone

I'm Tony from Manchester, England, UK. I have been a born again Christian for around 28 years. It has not been an easy journey at all for me. I have struggled with a long battle with sin, mental health problems and at times really wondering what God is doing in my life.
My desire always was to serve God to the best of my ability, but it's been a tough road. I hope to find real joy here by meeting people from all backgrounds, some who may have had similar experiences, some may be very happy and strong in the Lord, others may be struggling for whatever reason. Trying to make sense of the dangerous world we live in is too much for anyone to do alone, and I would be delighted to chat with you about anything at all. I want to make new friends here.

Hello Tony. Yes the world is going through a dangerous time, but beware the media will often lie about things with the purpose of wanting you afraid. The BBC is well known to often bend the truth and propagandize news with a liberal slant. So is many american news organizations. Trust in the guidance of the Holy Spirit and you wont go wrong.

I was reading your comments, and I wanted to tell you that even those who feel that they are strong also suffer. Suffering is part of being christian. I think every Christian suffers in their own way, some are more evident than others though.

I will keep you in my prayers Tony, I hope you like angels.

Hey Tony, I too have known Christ as Savior for quite some time. Knowing Him as Lord however, has been quite another matter. A few years ago He left the 99 and came searching for this lost sheep. Its been quite the experience since then, growing in my faith, setting aside so many of the hindrances that had made me unfruitful for much of my life, learning to pray, to love as I am loved etc. If you ever wanna chat about anything at all, or just take a break from the forums, feel free to reach out in a direct message.
