Why do atheists believe in Satan?

Atheism is best defined as the non-belief in any current deity due to a lack of evidence.

In reality, atheists are at large ex-Christians who are upset with God. God did not heal their child. God did not help with a better job. ''I hate God. There is no God''.

People who ''hate'' God, choose to hold to an atheistic mindset.

A visit to any atheist site shows that atheists are far, very far from the dictionary definition of atheism. They all believe, they just really upset with God and manipulate scripture as the devil would, in order to misrepresent and mock God and Christianity.

My heart goes out to them. We should all pray for them to come to know God better and grasp that He is a very good and loving God. Free will, wicked people, fallen angels. These are the real issues to be discussed with them.

My heart goes out to them also, that's why I've spent so many years on Atheist sites.

Yesterday I was explaining to some why God killed so many in the OT, wiping out entire nations. That is one of the main obstacles that must be explained from Scripture.

I've met many who claimed to be former Christians and usually they open up when they see you're sincere. Then there are the rebels who are constantly looking for an excuse to get you banned. It's tricky and I always enter those sites on a question and answer basis.

It's worth the abuse, as I have said before, I've lead some to the Lord. They can tell you anything you want to know about science, but their knowledge of Scripture is pitiful, almost unbelievable.

Here is a good story to those who wish to witness to one. This is a true story! Many years ago, I hired a person who I later found out was a true nonbeliever, He did not have any faith in anything he said! He found out that I was a strong believer and I told him that if he ever wanted to talk about Jesus in me, I would be glad to discuss this with him. otherwise, I would let him be, and what I did, was show him Jesus in me when problems arose on our site, I was in Security at this time. He watched me like a hawk, LOL

After a month he asked to join me for lunch, and I said sure! Holy Spirit in me said wait to tell him about me until I give you the signal!! Inside me I said amen! As we started to eat, he got up put 1.25 into the pop machine the pop came out and inside me Holy Spirit, I will give you the words to say to him, and so he made my mind unbelievable be linked with Holy Spirit!! " You said you do not believe in anything is that right, he said that is right! But yet you placed your faith in a pop machine?? You have more faith in a pop machine then in our Creator?? He said what do you mean???

I told him what Jesus did for me, he listened because Holy Spirit knew he was ready, I sure didn't!!LOL He looked around and asked if I would pray for him. I said are you ready to receive him as Lord of your life?? Do you understand what he expects from you after you become a believer??(James 1:22) I talked to him about the cost of service as well as Holy Spirit led me." He received Jesus that very hour and we both rejoiced!! He found a good Church and though he had faults as we all do, I encouraged him when he fell down a time or to even as a brother in Christ did me! What people don't realize is that when the Lord picks you to lead another to him YOU!!!!! ARE RESPONSIBLE for that person now!! Anyway, I hope this encourages others to never give up on a person!!

The point of my original post is, if they don’t believe there is a God,why would a Satan exist. How do they think he came into existence? Not rational thinking for sure

It's the same you can't have light without dark.
Good without bad.
Their obsession with all things sins, porn, perversions, etc. in this is b/c Satan encourages it. When it come to sins, he never says no.
