It has just dawned on me that you have highlighted the word 'horizons'. I can't find that word in Scripture at all, it does not appear to be used within it's pages. The phrase used instead is, 'from the end of heaven'. That is the perspective of one who is viewing the earth from the heavens it seems: speaking in terms of 'the end of the heavens', rather than 'the end of the earth', God is speaking through Isaiah in your reading, speaking therefore from Heaven. So that is His perspective.

Horizon:- 'The line at which the earth's surface and the sky appear to meet.'
That is a perspective which is of the earth, isn't it? For only someone standing upon the earth speaks in terms of an horizon.

So those coming: The Lord, and God's instruments of indignation, referred to, are coming from a far country ( 1 Kings 8:41-43; 2 Chronicles 6:32-33 ), beyond the limits of sight, ( over the horizon).

Just thoughts.

So, this Thread is nothing more than a “Narrative”. But Divine “Absolute TRUTH” it is not. Neither is it intended to be.
Is it written to dis proof the Bible, no. Is it to teach, no. Is it to promote a “Denomination” no. Is it to make a person believe that “Jesus” exists? No. Is it to proof to people that I am a “Child of GOD” far be it!

I would try to make of try to convoncecanyone I am a “Child of The LIVING GOD”, for GOD has Appointed A Day to Reveal That “Himself”.
