Saying you believe is not enough !!

John 3:36
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.

obeying Gods word is the proof you have saving belief., I have believed all my life, but not until 6 years ago did I desire to obey.

salvation and obedience seem to go hand and hand.

I would have thought that pretty obvious - Christianity 1.0.1.
even worldly people have a proverb about those who talk the talk but do not walk the walk.
Jesus said - If ye love me, ye will keep my commandments. John 14:15
and again in John 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept the commandments of my Father, and abide in his love.

not here in America, people are confused and seem to think grace is a pass to sin due to the large numbers of preachers that seem to avoid talking about sin all togeather, and if they do mention sin at all, it seems to be very little, more like a slap on the wrist warning then a warning that sin leads to eternal punishment.

The real tragedy is that the populist easy feel good Christian churches believe they are worthy of a rapture before the tribulation of God comes upon this world.
And yet what better way is there for God to demonstrate truth from falsehood.
Will praise and worship music sustain the faith of many when the earthquakes come and the missiles start flying??

There are very few if any real christian organised religions now. People are going to such places to seek the truth and are getting decieved into prosperity theology and inclusion. All are welcome to worship Jesus, no matter what sin your involved in. And false doctrine is rife in all of them. I firmly believe Jesus has a plan to have the truth rise up and draw out his flock.
