We know that Jesus is God the Creator, so who is this Father we keep hearing about?

Moses: Who should I say sent me?
God: Tell them I AM sent you.

Jesus: Before Abraham was born, I am.

"Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH ..." Zechariah 6:12.

A tree is one thing, and a branch is one thing, and the two are one thing.

But, if the branch created and sustains the universe, what must this tree be?

... the heavens are the works of your hands ... Hebrews 1:10.

People in the west are mistaken regarding the person of the man Christ Jesus (a human babe of the seed of Mary) and "the Son/Word that became INCARNATE in Jesus. Hebrews 1 speaks of YHVH, the Son, who indeed IS the creator and King of all the angels who the angels bow to and worship, and then Hebrews 2 tells us that Jesus was made a little lower than the angels. YHVH was in him, reconciling the world unto Himself. Jesus was the fullness of the Deity bodily.

Tha NAME Jesus was given to this human babe because He would save His people from their sins. YHVH, the one and ONLY true God, IS the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The same YHVH that is the Son IS the Father and the SPirit. One YHVH who revealed Himself in three persona or as the language of Nicea puts it, one Ousia ion three Hypostases. The Son is that expression of YHVH that has always been seen and heard (John 5:37; 6:46)...He is both sent from YHVH and IS YHVH.

This same YHVH, but called the Father, is ALL THAT YHVH IS that has not been seen or heard until He is made known by the Son, or the Spirit

"You heard that I said to you, 'I go away, and I will come to you.' If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced, because I go to the Father; for the Father is greater than I.'" . The idea that Jesus is God inconsistent with the Bible. The term Messiah meant King or Prophet. That Jesus is God violates the 1st Commandment that thou shall not have any Gods before me. Although, I do understand, it depends on how you interpret it. The Bible has many influences, often inconsistent with each other leading to the proliferation of many churches and ideas. Even the 10 commandments have different versions. This one is interesting: 1. I AM THE LORD THY GOD: THOU SHALT NOT HAVE STRANGE GODS BEFORE ME. What's with the "strange Gods". Regular Gods are ok if they are not strange.

"who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped,
7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men."

"But of the Son He says ... 'YOU, LORD, IN THE BEGINNING LAID THE FOUNDATION OF THE EARTH, AND THE HEAVENS ARE THE WORKS OF YOUR HANDS;'"

1 "Behold, I am going to send My messenger, and he will clear the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple; (Malachi.)

1 "Behold, I am going to send My messenger, and he will clear the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple; (Malachi.)
OK. God sent Jesus as His messenger, but Jesus is a creation of God, so how can he be equal to God? Jesus is not God but God's creation to be sent into the Earth. This is more consistent with the Bible. I believe it was Paul's vision that created this idea of a circular Trinity. It's ok but others have thought of a more hierarchal Trinity, where God is at the top and below him is Jesus, while God's energy (Word or Logos) is the force through Jesus but it comes from God.

1 "Behold, I am going to send [John the Baptist], and he will clear the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple;

Once Jesus said his Father is greater than Him, the case is closed. You can't keep making inconsistent scriptures to suit an agenda. There are just too many influences and interpretations in the New Testament. It is not logical for Jesus to be God within Biblical scripture. If you study Nature and the Universe, everything is consistent and logical. If you do not follow a path of reason and logic, you will create a schism that will lead to a cognitive dissonance that is harmful. God is all time. Jesus was here for a brief period to represent God . God, the creator is eternal for all of Mankind.

Jesus was here for a brief period to represent God .

Jesus tells us that he is with us when two or more are gathered in his name. Only God is omnipresence so here is your proof Jesus is God.

Matthew 18:20
For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”

Jesus is a creation of God, so how can he be equal to God?
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 He was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.

If Jesus is a creation of God then how could God create himself when there was nothing in the beginning except God himself who is the creator?

Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Col 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
Col 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

If ALL things were created by Jesus Christ (who is God) then the creator existed before anything was ever created!
