Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

When and where did they start teaching.

Jesus said that Peter would start the process, Matthew 16:18-19

It began in Acts 2 in Jerusalem ("to the Jew first") then Peter again did this in Acts 10 ("then to the gentile").

47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Acts 1:8
but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.

Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

It all started in Jerusalem, then spread outward:
"in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth."

Most likely the last nation the Gospel of Jesus Christ was proclaim in was “North American” because the Gospel started in the Middle East, Asia Minor, African...etc. It started spreading everywhere , to all nations after the Festivities of “The Day of Pentecost “ when The “Holy Ghost” filled The Jewish people from all “Nations” where they had been scattered to. Then they return back to that nation with “The Gospel of Jesus Christ”. And as you said: “ To the remotest part of the earth”.

I cant say if it was last, but what Paul clearly claimed, Col 1:23 if indeed you continue in your faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope of the gospel you heard, which has been proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant.
states that at that time, everyone had opportunity to hear out the message.

The point is Peter, although he is in the Body of Christ, He is unable to accept the Gospel of Grace taught by Paul because he was committed to the Law

Is Peter addressing gentiles in this passage:

Acts 3:12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this

25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

....
Did these Jews ever turn from the Law:

Acts 21:20 And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law:
.....
Is it acceptable to be save by grace if you are still following the Law?

Romans 7:4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ;
